Cassidy was born and raised in Skagit County, Washington, where she attended Mount Vernon High School. She ventured down the west coast for college, ultimately graduating from the University of Oregon. She knew she wanted to return to her roots, and attended Seattle University School of Law.
During law school, she was a judicial extern at Skagit County Superior Court. She was also on the editorial board for the Seattle journal for Social Justice. She was a Rule 9 Law Clerk at a personal injury firm in King County, cementing that personal injury was her calling.
Cassidy gained valuable experience at two different Snohomish County personal injury law firms in the years since she graduated law school and passed the bar. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and helping them through the various challenges they face throughout the entire legal process from intake to resolution. Her practice consists of solely helping people with serious injuries navigate their personal injury claims throughout the pre-litigation, litigation, and appellate phases.
Cassidy’s favorite part of her work is getting to know her clients, build relationships with them, and ultimately uncover their stories to help them find the medical care and support they need, as well as to educate the defense lawyers and insurance companies about their damages to achieve the best possible outcome. Cassidy is a graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute and has attended many other trial schools, workshops, and seminars, as she is committed to continuing her legal education constantly to keep up with the latest techniques and updates.
Outside of work, Cassidy can be found spending time with her husband and their two cats. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, boating, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. In the fall, you will find her at Autzen Stadium cheering on her beloved Oregon Ducks.
