Cassidy Spencer is an Everett, Washington based personal injury attorney with over 10 years of legal experience representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to negligence. She founded Spencer Injury Law, PLLC to provide focused, strategic advocacy for clients who need strong representation against insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Ms. Spencer concentrates her practice exclusively on personal injury law. Her work includes complex cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall and premises liability claims, dog bite injuries, nursing home abuse and neglect, elder abuse, and catastrophic injuries. She understands how insurers evaluate risk and liability, and she uses that knowledge to build cases designed for leverage, not quick settlements.
Before opening her own firm, Cassidy Spencer built a strong foundation in personal injury law through hands-on litigation experience and work within the Washington court system. She served as a judicial extern with Skagit County Superior Court, gaining direct insight into judicial decision making and courtroom procedure. She was also selected to serve on the editorial board of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, reflecting her analytical rigor and legal writing ability.
Following law school, Ms. Spencer practiced as an associate attorney at two Snohomish County personal injury law firms, where she handled injury claims from intake through resolution. She managed all phases of litigation, including case investigation, evidence development, negotiation, and trial preparation. Her approach is disciplined, detail driven, and focused on positioning every case for maximum value.
Clients work directly with Ms. Spencer throughout their case. She intentionally limits her caseload to ensure every matter receives her full attention and strategic oversight. This allows her to respond quickly, make informed decisions, and adapt as cases evolve. Clients are never passed off to assistants or case managers.
Cassidy Spencer is known for her direct communication style and practical legal guidance. She prepares every case as if it may go to trial, which strengthens negotiation posture and signals seriousness to opposing counsel and insurance carriers. Her priority is securing outcomes that reflect the true impact of an injury, including medical costs, lost income, future care needs, and pain and suffering.
Ms. Spencer represents clients throughout Washington state and is committed to protecting the rights of injured individuals when they are most vulnerable. She approaches every case with the understanding that results matter, and that trust is earned through preparation, accountability, and consistent advocacy.
Outside of the office, Ms. Spencer enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
